Welcome to Kraiya. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Kraiya platform and all its services. By visiting kraiya.ws, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

The following requirements must be met to register as a member on Kraiya:

• You must be a competent individual who is legally capable of agreeing to and complying with these Terms & Conditions.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed.

Kraiya reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion. A national ID or other supporting document may be requested for age verification.

When opening an account with Kraiya, you are required to provide accurate information. Providing false details is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• You are solely responsible for anything that happens in your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Kraiya:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification: Identity verification may be required for your first large withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once it expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request. You may request to reopen your account after it has been closed.

Kraiya believes gaming is entertainment — not a way to make money. That's why we've put several responsible gaming features in place:

• Spending Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• Temporary Break: You can request a temporary account suspension for a set period.
